Located on Bali’s secluded highland, Tira Vilagna Suites & Spa is just 35 minutes north of cultural centre of Ubud.
Tira Vilagna Suites & Spa prides itself on its views of multi mountain’s tops of Central Bali, valleys of tall pines forests and is inviting guests to explore the natural of Batur UNESCO Global Geopark and the wilderness of Kintamani district.
Resting in Indonesia’s vast archipelago of thousands of islands, there is one sunny little island that stands out from all the rest. Bali is a place that captures travellers’ hearts, minds and creative imagination.
Kintamani is a small village that hugs the rim of the famous Batur caldera in Bali’s hinterland. This gigantic caldera is reminiscent of a huge soup bowl with a serrated lip, a floor half covered in water – the crescent-shaped Lake Batur – and a set of volcanic cones, the volatile mass of Mt Batur, budding in the centre.
Located in the highlands of Bali, in the Bangli Regency, Kintamani experiences cooler temperatures than the island’s coastal regions, with average daytime temperatures of around 18°C – 21°C. Night time temperatures range from 12°C to 15°C, and can feel even cooler.
Packing for a stay at Tira Vilagna is easy; you don’t have to glam up as most of our guests tend to dress very casually, so choose clothes that are comfortable for walking, trekking and cycling. Bring T-shirts and shorts, long pants, a jacket and a sweater. Even during the dry season, rain is always a possibility so bring a lightweight waterproof jacket; it can sometimes be a bit windy and this will also help keep you warm.
